Sale Meets Numbers Savings App Setup Form

Where Data Meets Drama

You work hard, you already go the extra miles to make your client's journey easier. But the information, savings, and opportunities they need en route are scattered everywhere. You wish they were all compiled together somewhere. Here is your smart opportunity. Tell us about your business, market, and service area, and we'll configure and customize this Sale Meets Numbers (SMN) Savings App for you, so you can serve them better, make their journey easier, and give them even more reason to thank you for life and refer you everywhere.

Your information will be reviewed before your Sale Meets Numbers Savings App is activated and its approved settings are applied.

Working build notice: v7 rev12 — targeted correction pass over v7 rev11 (corrected first-subscriber business address; split lead delivery into a required Primary Lead Delivery Email and an optional Backup Lead Delivery Email per the locked SMN lead-handling rule — SMN forwards leads by email only and does not store, recover, dashboard or resend them; both fields participate in Change Request comparison). Implemented from 01A5 Final Approved Specification. Not part of the approved subscriber-facing content above.

Step 1 — Account Holder and Login

Create your Sale Meets Numbers account.

Already have an SMN account? to start another app deployment without creating a second account.
Email and mobile verification are not connected in this static working mock. No verification code is actually sent. Verification will be added when the authentication provider is integrated.
First name is required.
Last name is required.
Unique to your account — you may use it to manage more than one SMN app deployment.
Enter a valid email address.
Also used for two-step verification (SMS or authenticator app). Displayed as 1 (###) ###-####.
Enter a valid Canadian phone number (10 digits, or 11 digits beginning with 1).
Passwords must match.
Two-step verification, password storage and account-access rules are handled securely by the login system and are not part of this form's data record.

Step 2 — Business Verification and Public App Contact

Business Verification
Free text with suggestions — enter your own if not listed.
Displayed as 1 (###) ###-####.
Enter a valid Canadian phone number (10 digits, or 11 digits beginning with 1).
These details are used by SMN to review and verify your business. They are not automatically displayed in the app. Only the Public App Contact details selected below are intended for public display.
Public App Contact
The subscriber contact name shown beside the public phone and email. This is not the app name or website brand name.
Enter a valid email address.
Displayed as 1 (###) ###-####.
Enter a valid Canadian phone number (10 digits, or 11 digits beginning with 1).

Step 3 — App Deployment and Website

Determines app configuration and naming. Additional niches are added as SMN prepares and approves them.
The website where the first app will be embedded. Must be http or https. Placement URLs below must belong to this same domain once finalized.
Enter a valid website URL using http or https (e.g. https://example.com).
Before activation, SMN will confirm that the app is installed and operating on the approved website domain.
App Identity and Naming (SMN-Controlled)
The subscriber does not directly control the public app naming format. The Approved App Display Name is set and approved by SMN after review.
Set and approved by SMN after review. Not subscriber-editable, and not restored from saved draft data. Maps to [Display Name] in the SMN Intake Panel Top Bar.
Optional. Upload a square PNG, JPG or WebP icon to appear beside the app name in the SMN Intake Panel Top Bar. If no icon is provided, the app name will display without an icon or empty placeholder space.
Attachments are not retained when this static mock is refreshed — please reselect before reviewing or submitting. The submitted icon remains subject to SMN review and approval.
Each approved website receives one unique SMN App ID and its own embed package. Additional websites are available later as a paid upgrade.
App Placement
The standard package allows a combined maximum of five approved placement pages per approved website — five total placement records across all placement types, not five of each type. All placements must belong to the same approved website domain; a second website requires a separate deployment and App ID. The first placement is required. Additional placements are optional to add, but once added, each must be fully completed or removed before continuing. For "Planned Path," enter a relative path starting with a single / (e.g. /savings-app — not // or ///), or a full URL already on your approved domain. For "Final URL Provided," enter the actual live URL — it must be on your approved website domain above. SMN Verification Status is controlled by SMN, not the subscriber, is never restored from saved draft data, and in production must never be trusted from browser-submitted data.

Step 4 — Jurisdiction and Service Area

A. Approved Jurisdiction
Locked to the currently approved jurisdiction.
Locked to the currently approved jurisdiction.
Assigned automatically from Country. Not independently editable.
Only jurisdictions and languages currently supported and approved by SMN are available. Additional jurisdictions or languages will appear after the required information, savings, calculations and monitoring have been prepared and approved.
B. Professional Registration Context
C. Primary Service Areas and Municipalities
Select up to 5 Primary Service Areas in the standard package. Additional coverage requires an upgrade and SMN readiness review. These limits apply only to your active selections — they do not limit the backend geographic registry or the amount of missing coverage you may submit for review below.
This Region will appear automatically when a prospect first opens your SMN Savings App. Prospects may select another approved Region during their session.
Missing Geographic Coverage Request

Step 5 — Prospect Lead Delivery, Support and Billing

This page asks where prospect leads submitted through your public SMN Savings App should be emailed. The setup form itself is completed only by the subscriber.

Direct Prospect Delivery
Enter the primary email address where every prospect lead submitted through your SMN Savings App should be delivered immediately.
This email is used to receive prospect information and is not automatically displayed publicly in the app.
Enter a valid email address.
Optional, but strongly recommended. Adding a second email address gives you another inbox to check if your primary account becomes unavailable, is closed, compromised or a message is accidentally deleted. Use only an email address you control and trust.
Enter a valid email address, different from your Primary Lead Delivery Email.
SMN sends submitted leads to your designated email address or addresses but does not manage, permanently store, recover or resend them. You are responsible for retaining and organizing delivered leads. You may use your own email folders, rules or automation to copy them into Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel, a CRM or another system.
Email remains the primary complete lead-delivery method. SMS is a supplementary notification.
SMN sends leads by email to the address or addresses above, plus an optional SMS notification. SMN does not provide permanent lead storage, a subscriber lead dashboard, lead recovery or lead resending. You are responsible for organizing and retaining delivered leads using your own email, folders or systems.
Billing
Receives invoices, receipts, renewal notices and subscription communications. This email is not displayed publicly.
Enter a valid email address.
Subscriber Support
Enter the email address where you want to receive technical, setup and account-support communication from Sale Meets Numbers.
The Subscriber Support Email is not displayed publicly and is not used for prospect enquiries.
Payment methods and payment details are handled separately and are not collected in this setup form.

Step 6 — Review, Declarations and Submission

Review your information. You may return to any step to correct a field — everything else stays saved.

Required Declarations
Implementation dependency: Final Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents must exist, be linked and receive proper legal review before this step can go live.
Optional Marketing Consent
Your choice does not affect necessary account, security, support, billing or service-related communications.
